IMX8MP LFPS Vtx-DIFF-PP failure

Hi,

My customer board run eye pattern in USB3.0 is fail.

LFPS VTX-DIFF-PP (0.8~1.2V)

MAX: 1.288V Fail

MIN: 1.272V Fail

Please suggest what is the next step to debug on this issue.  Thanks!
