IMX8MP 4GB LPDDR4 only be recognise 2GB

We designed one board based on IMX8MP EVK, we use 4GB LPDDR4, When I use Mscale DDR Tool to Calibration it, I got the following log show it only have 2048MB(2GB). I don't why and want to know how to fix this.

I shared the DDR datesheet and Mscale DDR Tool script file, Excel tool file.

I compress the Script file to one zip package, uncompress it before check it.

Does some one can help this?

The DDR controller of  i.MX8MPlus can't support LPDDR4X

The issue should comes from here.
