IMX8MM fixed Ethernet speed 100M full duplex mode failure issue

Hello, I am currently developing with the Ethernet interface chip RTL8211E, and I would like to fix its operating rate at 100M full duplex mode. I have tried to add descriptions of speed and working mode in the DTS following the tutorial, but the final product still operates in auto-negotiation mode. Could you please tell me how to implement this feature?

As far as I know the RTL8211E is supported 10/100/1000 base ethernet.
