IMX8M Mini 496pin DDR3L design

Hello everyone. 
Currently i am designig a system which consist of i.MX 8M Mini Solo 14x14 LFBGA486 and DDR3L. 
I have found a design files for the DDR3L and IMX8 nano 11x11. Unfortunately the DDR pins is not the same.
In the hardware documentation there are some screenshots for the DDR3L for the i.MX 8M Mini Solo.
So, maybe some of you know where i can get design files or some guidelines for  i.MX 8M Mini Solo.

I have the same problem. My cpu model is MIMX8MM6CVTKZAA, and choose 4 chip DDR3L design. Can you provide some hardware design guidelines documents?
