Analysis for our board using the IMX8DXL shows that the board may have trouble supporting 1200MHz clock speeds for RAM but 933 MHz should be ok.
I was looking at the DDR4 version of the IMX8DXL DDR Register Programming Aid. The programming aid only supports frequencies of 800MHz and 1200MHz. Is it possible to use DDR4 on the IMX8DXL at 933MHz? If so, can the programming aid be updated to support this?
refer to the reference manual, i.MX 8DualXLite and i.MX 8SoloXLite embed a single DRAM 16-bit channel supporting LP-DDR4 and DDR3L memory types with inline ECC capability. and where did you find the DDR4 version, is it your typo?
