Hi Michael,

When I did the ddr stress test for IMX8DXL_B0 unit, I found that no b0 test file exists.

 Could you please apply the test file for DXL_B0? Thanks in advance.

You are right. I can get the ds file from this page, and I also want to get the bin and image file as below:

The latest DDR tools: DDR stress test and RPA, can be found on this public community page:

i.MX 8/8X Family DDR Tools Release - NXP Community

The DDR tools support and have been tested on DXL B0.

I also recommend for you to follow up with your local engineers on Lily Zhang's team to get training on DDR tools and for real-time support.
