Hello,
I am trying to do DDR stress test using IMX8DXL-WEVK(Silicon b0) board and mx8_ddr_stress_test_ER14_installation.exe
I connected 2 USB cables to USB_OTG2 port and USB_DEBUG.
After setting bootmode to USB serial download mode and power on.
They were recogized to "HID-compliant vender-defined device / USB Input device" and 4 USB Serial port on device manager
I run(Run as administrator) DDR stress test SW (installed by mx8_ddr_stress_test_ER14_installation.exe) and tried to do ddr test.
But I encountered "ERROR: Can't open USB device!!!" error like below.
MX8_DDR_Tool_User_Guide describe supported ICs...
Is it different i.MX8DualX and i.MX8DualXLight (my IC is IMX8DXL)?
What should I check more?
