IMX6s-question about Reading the manufacturer IDcode

I would like to read the Manufacture code for the Ram that the system is using.

Which address that store the IDcode for the DDR3 that inserted in the system?

The platform i,m using is IMX6solo.

i have CS0 and CS1 that currently have DDR3 ram.

Hi eric

DDR Mode Registers can be accessed using i.MX6S MMDC

MMDCx_MDSCR register, please check DDR datasheet where

IDcode may be stored. Examples of MMDCx_MDSCR register usage can be

found in ddr scripts on i.MX6/7 DDR Stress Test Tool V2.40
