Hi,
Could anyone tell me if there is any specific configuration in the device tree for a memory LPDDR2 compared with DDR3. For example the device tree "imx6ul-14x14-evk.dtb" is for a board with DDR3. If I want to use LPDDR2 do I need to change something?
Regards
R
Hi Ricardo
seems not, as all memory type definitions are provided in uboot,
except probably max. frequency as "fsl,max_ddr_freq = <400000000>".
In linux AN5125 sect.Introduction to Device Trees describes that in
sect.4 Memory mapping and addressing
