IMX6Q use 4GB DDR3 only CS0

    we use the ref design  DDR3 layout route of iMX6Q_SABRE_SDB_DESIGNFILES . but now we use four pcs  512Mb x16(1GB) DDR3 memery 。  we use the DDR stress tool to Calibration the DDR parameter and test . when we select 2GB to TEST , it test passed. and when use 3.84GB to test .  it will fail each cycle.  

      and we use the  DDR Calibration parameter to update u-boot, u-boot debug message will report 3.84GB(MAX sapce). but  when run into kernal and filesystem . it will be hang. could not operate normal .

please help me to fixed this issue.
