IMX6Q capture 1280*1024 pixels,114 MHz pixel clock grey image data

Hi, I am writing a driver to use IMX6Q to receive image data from a CMOS chip(ev76c560), with 1280*1024 pixels, and the pixel clock is 114 MHz. I can read data from the chip pins by using  oscilloscope, but I can't read data from ipu. Is the width of the image data too big, or the frequency of the pixel clock too high?

what data format and frame rate  do you set? for IPU capture throughput is 240M, when you capture data, any error message?
