IMX6Q Sabrelite board Linux 3.10.17_1.0.0_ga PCIe issue

Linux 3.10.17_1.0.0_ga bootup on IMX6sabrelite board with PCIe adaptor from boundary device. I connect Broadcom WiFi Bluetooth PCIe chipset. I boot the device, PCIe device is detected once, but then PCIe device are never listed again with lspci command. I tried with other PCie device and other IMX6Q board, reset multiple times, lspci never list my device.

Its the first time I work with PCIe, not much knowledge about it.

Do any one face this type of issue. Pls suggest any solution
