IMX6Q-SDB (700-27516 REV B) boot problem with Android 4.x.x

Dear Sir

I want to ask you about the MCIMX6Q-SDB.

Customer purchased the evaluation board.

(700-27516 REV B / SCH 27516 REV C4)

It bundles the SD card written Android 4.2.2.

It freeze at the "Freeing init memory" when it boots with the SD card.

Please refer to the attached file(Android_4.2.2_error log.txt).

I also confirmed the startup operation with Android 4.4.2_1.0.0.

It freezes similarly at "Freeing init memory".

Q1.

Is there a report of startup failure with combination of Android 4.x.x and IMX6Q-SDB(700-27516 REV B)?

Q2.

I think that it is the initial failure of the hard.

Is there anything else to check before requesting RMR?

Thank you for your reply.

I cannot program well with MFG KK4.4.3.

So, I programmed KK442_100 demo images with MFG KK4.4.2_1.0.0.

Additional information.

Customer purchased 10 evaluation boards.

It seems that other evaluation board boot correctly with the same SD card.

I checked M6.0.1_2.1.0 and N7.1.1_1.0.0, too.

It boots correctly from SD card(M6.0.1_2.1.0 and N7.1.1_1.0.0).

On the other hand, it cannot program (write) both M601_210 and N711_100 on eMMC.

I think that this board has some hardware initial failures.

I would like to ask RMR.

NXP Japan said that it needs the community's opinion.
