IMX6Q CCM_CKO1

I have a custom board with IMX6Q and SGTL5000, using linux 3.10.17.

I have configure GPIO_19 as CCM_CKO1 in dtsi file. The 24MHz waverform starts and dead just one second after. This seams as if anyone reconfigured the pin, but in DTS there isn´t anyone changing it.

Are there some know issue of use CCM_CKO1 in GPIO_19 pin?

linux 3.10.17 is very old kernel, not more supported, in general

one can try to debug it using AN4553 Using Open Source Debugging Tools for Linux on i.MX Processors
https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN4553.pdf 

clock IMX6QDL_CLK_CKO is used for ov564x sensor and codec wm8962, there are no issues using it
