IMX6 dual lite 24MHz clock issue

Hi.

I am working on IMX6 dual lite based project, facing 24MHz clock related issue with the processor. 
Clock signals pins(XTALI and XTALO of the processor) get shorted with the ground after multiple power cycle of board or board used for a long time.I am not able to find the root cause, please help me to debug the issue.

  Please check PCB design ; also it makes sense to verify power up sequence.
