IMX6: Not using HDMI and PCIe; Do I still have power them?

Reference manual talks about power collapsing for the HDMI PHY: short all data and clocks to GND. Says there is no constraint on power supply sequence when not using HDMI which seems to imply we don't have to connect VDD HIGH CAP and VDD SOC CAP and associated decoupling to the HDMI VP and VPH rails. Can someone confirm that?

Unable to find anything about how to power the PCIe bus if we don't intend to use it.
