Hello Everyone,
I have downloaded "IMX6_L4.1.15_1.0.0_MFG_TOOL” and I followed the given documents and added MFG tool support for Nitrogen 7 IMX7 board. Below are the memory details found in Nitrogen 7 board.
1. SPI NOR for u-boot
2. eMMC for kernel and rootfs.
Now I want to flash SPI NOR and eMMC using MFG tool. When I set "name =Nor Flash" in the config.ini file and start the MFG tool, I expect the u-boot to be erased and flashed in the SPI NOR with my latest u-boot. But this is not occurring. Below are the execution happened.
1. Loading U-boot
2.Loading Kernel
3. Loading Initramfs
4. Loading device tree
5. Jumping to OS image
6. Erasing Boot partition ( This execution is hot happening; Instead MFG tool is showing a message "No Device Connected" )
On my device side in serial UART, I can see my u-boot and kernel is booted. Any idea on how to resolve this?
