IMX6 CANNOT BOOT WHEN DATA ON UART2

hi,

      i use imx6d ,  when i connect a setial device on uart2 (data always on uart2 ),the cpu can not boot,what should i do to  solve it，thanks ！

Perhaps voltage levels are not the same: check it and/or try limiting the current with 1K resistors. Another reason can be you are configuring (by software) UART2 pins incorrectly so when you try to boot there's some kind of shortcircuit on the pins.

it is not allowed to connect external powered device (as in your case "setial device")

to unpowered processor, from sect.4.2.1 Power-Up Sequence  IMX6DQCEC :

Ensure that there is no back voltage (leakage) from any supply on the board..

for example, from the external components..
