Hi.

personally,  I bought  a   i.MX RT1020 EVK board,     One USB cable  EVK Boad  were in the product box

and  I connect to  my computer,  but   My computer Can not  connected with EVK-Board,

But,   One day after,    the board well  connected  the  computer  in my company(win 11 )

So,, I can not understand   What is the difference  between  home computer and company computer.

Do I have to buy newly  powerful win 11  Desktop computer ??

the below is the   warning window,  When    click  flash program tool  in  MXpresso IDE.

To Connect My board.  What is missing?    What I have to do ??

I have already check the sequence introduction  NXP page  [Getting started with the MIMXRT xxxxxxx~~]

&  window Serial  driver... download. install... etc..

All is not  working...

My Computer  OS is win10 home.  ,  MStar B460M  mainboard ,i5-10500F

Hi @Seongyon_Jeong ,

Thanks for your interest in NXP RT series!

Since the board works fine on your company's computer, we can rule out hardware and software problems. That definitely implies that the firewall (or something) is blocking the server. Please double check firewalls, antivirus, anti malware etc.

Please turn off the firewall and then plug in the board again to retry programming it.

Best regards,

Gavin

You were right in your point.

First I suspected window firewall - security service, but It is not the cause.  and then  like below,

1. Windows + R,   type msconfig

2. check the box - hide microsoft service on the Services tab

3. I did the all suspicious external manufacturer services are stopped, and  reboot the computer.

and then  Redlink connection worked  normally,

thank your advice !
