IMX 93 and MCUXpresso Secure Provisioning Tool

Hello to everyone,

I am trying to flash eFuse of IMX 9332 processor in order to enable Secure Boot functionality with ahab. On my knowledge a way to flash e-fuse and generate certifcate is MCUXpresso Secure Provisioning Tool, but in the base workspace there isn't my processor.

I have already generated signed image with Yocto and generated PKI tree and SRK Table  with CST Tool, now i am stucked because i don't know hot to flash e-fuse.

1. Is there the possibility to add the imx93 workspace?
2. In other case, there is another way/tool to flash e-fuse?

For the i.MX93, recommend to have a reference to the 9x_secure_boot

With checking the team, here is the reply.

I confirmed with SEC team. The latest release of SEC 25.03 added the support for i.MX 9332, but it should work on 9332.

The customer needs to have the correct ELE FW, DDR configuration, U-Boot, etc. to make it work.
