Hello,

it would be difficult to know what is the issue here, I would recommend to check either the configuration for the second block or that the hardware for the 2 block have some issues.

Thank you. Currently I suspect it has something to do with the DDR ranks. The 93xevk and 1G models of our board are used in 1Ranks normally, but the DDR we replaced this time is 2 Ranks

I was able to successfully test 1GB when I ranked 1, but failed to test 32MB when I ranked 2.

I am not sure if it is my software configuration problem or the hardware does not support 2Ranks, can you tell me how to configure it

If there is still no progress, then I will replace 1 Ranks 2 G DDR for debugging.
