I use MCIMX6Q-SDB,sometimes imx6 can not power on

I use MCIMX6Q-SDB, sometimes imx6 can not power on, but the PMIC can always power on, I guess the power on signal to IMX6 work improperly.

Who can provide the schematic and layout file, the Revision is SCH-27516 Rev B3, 700-27516 Rev X3.
