I am working on iMX6QP processor with Linux3.14, want to know it is possible to access the internal SRAM (i.e.512KB) of processor on user space or kernel space?

The inbuilt RAM in SoC. I want to delegate certain function calls to this RAM since that RAM is never used after boot-up.
