Hi,
We are considering using i.MX95 in our design that require high addr bit number. A 64bit cpu doesn't necessarily have 64bit address width. For example, by 'cat /proc/cpuinfo' in a X86 system, you may get something like 'address sizes : 52 bits physical, 57 bits virtual'.
What's i.MX95 address sizes supported by the processor?
Sink.
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products,
For i.MX 95 still in pre-production, the information about that is provided by salesmen. Contact yours for further information.
But in i.MX 9 series, we've seen a 64-bit support as in i.MX 93:
Support of 64-bit Arm®v8.2-A architecture
