I.MX7/eMMC and SD card : Boot configuration settings

As per I.MX7 SABRE evaluation board, we added a switch for boot configuration settings. We are trying to boot from eMMC and SD card. So please let me know, the correct switch setting that we can provide to boot from eMMC and SD card. By reading reference manual I got confused.
