Dear Support

we are trying to port u-boot into our own board,  the emmc and DDR part as below

 eMMC:MTFC8GACAAAM-1M

 DDR:MT41K256M16HA-125

DDR had passed stress test and we set the .cfg file using the test data. in MFG , we can download the uboot in to EMMC, the MFG return Done in the GUI.

then we set the chip start from emmc as the fuse map. after start up there is nothing print out from uart 1 , and after few seconds ,the chip will get into download  mode automatically.

Could you kindly help to give some suggestion.

thanks.

Hi Andy

one can attach jtag and check registers SRC_SBMR1,2 for

correct boot settings, also please check emmc signals with

oscilloscope.

Best regards
igor

Dear Igor

thanks for your quickly reply

i test the register which you mentioned the result as below.

SRC_SBMR1(0x020d8004) = 0x0000c860
SRC_SBMR2(0x020d801c) = 0x02000001

pastedImage_3.png

and we try to catch the signal for CMD and CLK on EMMC ,we think that is right , there is a lot of signal when the board start up ..

below is our DDR info tested by test tool.

pastedImage_2.png

and below is the log info for download(i bypass to burn the rootfs due to that spend a lot of time ,and if i download rootfs into emmc ,that is the same).
