We are seeing an issue using the ONOFF pin in our product. We have this pin tied to an external button that the user can press to power on/off the device. The vast majority (>99%) of the time this works as intended however we are seeing some issues in the field where the device appears to be off or in sleep mode and no combination of button sequences will wake it up. Our thinking is that the i.MX6SL is stuck in an unknown state and it seems that button does not initiate a power off of the PMIC and will not get out of it until power is cycled to it. Is there any way this is possible?
