Hello,
General thermal considerations (relations between ambient and junction temperatures)
are provided in app note AN4579 (i.MX 6 Series Thermal Management Guidelines).
In particular, customers can use thermal characteristics from i.MX6 Datasheet :
Tj = Ta + RthJA * Pd
Tj - junction temperature;
Ta - ambient temperature;
RthJA - Thermal resistance Junction to Ambient;
Pd - power consumption.

The mentioned "the high temperature 75 ℃", looks like, is ambient temperature, meaning
that the junction one may exceed the allowed maximum. This means i.MX6 normal operation
cannot be guaranteed. Perhaps a heat sink is need for the i.MX6.

Yuri.
Thanks for your replay!When I test, I found that high temperature caton, CPU temperature is 92 ℃, the CPU frequency down to 400M, where is the temperature setting?What is the default software of high temperature?
Hello,
What is BSP release in the case?
Regards,
Yuri.
We use BSP release:M6.0.1_2.0.0-ga
Hello,
Your system is based on Linux 4.1.15 kernel.
Customers can use section 2.7 (Thermal) of i.MX_Linux_Reference_Manual.pdf
