Hi Inho Jeon,

PVDD_1V8_VIDEO_IN use DGND as the power supply ground. The VPPLGND net in the PCB layout works like a metal shield. Please see "PCB LAYOUT RECOMMENDATIONS" in ADV7180 datasheet for details.
