I.MX6 Board download Linux Firmware an error occurred

this board had used and worked normally for one year, but recently it can not work .our user say"before it is bad ,they just  did some keystrokes operations。So we take it back ,find it can not start and download Linux Firmware an error occurred,we want to  analyze the cause of the error. 

Please give me some suggestions .
