How use QSPI Flash on MIMXRT1064-EVK

Hello

I want to write a program to QSPI Flash (IS25WP064AJBLE) of MIMEX RT1064-EVK and execute it.
Can I run the program from an external FLash?

1 The program starts at 0x70000000, but I don't know how to start at 0x60000000.
2 Does i.MX RT have a memory-mapped mode for QSPI?

Please give me advice.
