How to use TL16C554 with imx8m plus CPU

hello. We use imx8m plus cpu I'm trying to use the TL16c554 uart expansion chip. I need an address and data interface, is there a way to use it? If so, please provide detailed explanation.

There is no current SW implementation for this.

If you are planning to use the UART interfaces, you could create a driver calling the UART TX function from BSP, otherwise, if you will connect ADDRESS and DATA, you would need to create the driver calling GPIO functions.
