How to update to ubuntu 12.04 LTS in imx6q

Hi all，

I started with ubuntu-oneiric-freescale in imx6q board.

The ubuntu is based on Linaro 11.10,I want to upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.

But the ubuntu 's sources.list can not resolve,can not update.

I want to install freerdp and openjdk-7-jre.But cannot install.

So I want to updated to Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.

Please give me a help to update to ubuntu 12.04 LTS? Or Have ubuntu 12.04 LTS rootfs ?
