How to transmit the packet for USB compliance tests for i.MX6

We want to perform a USB compliance test for USB Host port of i.MX6.
It is necessary to transmit a test packet from USB Host port.

We think that USB Host must be entered into such mode.
Would you teach the register setting to transmit a test packet from USB Host port?
