How to support MIPI DSI in U-boot-2016.03 ?

Hi,

I am working on imx7d sabresd board. Currently my U-boot version is 2016.03.Right now it supports parallel LCD, I want to interface MIPI DSI at u-boot level. How to do that?

I found this from community, but it seems it is for imx6.

1) Bootloader MIPI DSI Driver Patch to support MIPI display(hx8369) in uboot for i.mx6DL/DQ SebreSD boards

There is no such a patch available for i.MX7 yet.
