I got a QSB and a SanDisk 32GB SSD.

Now, I want to start uboot from the SSD. How can I do for this?

On the i.MX53 QSB, the microSD Card slot is used as the primary means to boot the board. In order to boot from an SSD device, you could write a tiny program that will load u-boot from the SSD drive, a 2-step boot process.
