Dear Team,

My customer has started to work with i.MX8M mini and he would like to use a multicore application with rpmsg on the side of M4.

Could you please advise how to setting up a new project in Eclipse IDE to run a proper project in the M4 on the i.MX8M-mini (using ARMGCC)?

Waiting for your kind guideline, Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Shai

Hello,

You can follow this document for imx7 : https://www.embeddedartists.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/iMX7_Working_with_Cortex-M4.pdf

I personally use MCUXpresso, I followed this document, it works well too.

Best regards,

Hello @romainmoura ,

My customer has tried to follow this guide but did not manage to build properly all the SDK tree such as rpmsg and freertos roots and he get an error while compiling.

Can you please share your MCUXpresso project example, so the customer could use it as a starting point?

BTW, I am sure many users would like to use MCUXpresso IDE for IMX8MM cortex M4

Waiting for your kind responses, Many Thanks.

Shai
