Hi community,

I want to confirm how to set i.MX6 FCB values for NAND.

Please see Table 8-12 in IMX6SDLRM (Rev.1) and my questions as below.

[Q1]

At first I want to confirm whether FCB is unique data for i.MX series or not.

Could you let me know it?

[Q2]

The unit of m_NandTiming values are "nano seconds" as per NAND datasheet.

So I should program "0x0A" to m_NandTiming if the correspondent value in NAND datasheet is "10 ns".

Is my understanding correct?

[Q3]

As per NAND datasheet, REA, RLOH, and RHOH values are written as max value.

Should I program the max values to m_NnandTiming[7:5]?

[Q4]

I want to confirm what is "dsample_time" and "nand_timing_state".

What parameters in NAND datasheet are corresponded them?

[Q5]

To disable "Onfi_sync_enable", should I set it to 0x00000000?

Hi Satoshi Shimoda,

Have you ever tried our MFG tool, in the MFG tool there is a "kobs-ng" tool will flash the FCB to the NAND.

So you no need be aware of it.

Hi Yixing Kong,

Yes, our issue has been resolved.

It is OK because I will use MFG-Tool for NAND programming.
