How to rotate video by gstreamer on Yocto 1.8

How to rotate video by gstreamer on Yocto 1.8 ?

It's only to rotate 0 and 180 degrees by this command:

gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri=file:///home/root/vts2.mpg video-sink="imxv4l2sink overlay-width=600 overlay-height=480 rotate=[degree]"

[degree] = 0, 90 , 180, 270

It does not work for 90 and 270 degrees.

Are there any advice about the issue?
