How to measure eye pattern of USB in Yocto?

Hi

We use i.MX6D on fsl-yocto-3.10.17_1.0.0

And trying to measure eye pattern of USB.

Does fsl-yocto-3.10.17_1.0.0 support USB test mode? How to test it?

I found there is CONFIG_USB_HCD_TEST_MODE in fsl-yocto-3.10.53_1.1.0,

does this config work for entering usb test mode?

If so,how to test? and How to apply it on fsl-yocto-3.10.17_1.0.0?
