How to flash the demo image(Linux) on iMX233 board

Hello,

I am trying to flash the demo Linux image downloaded from freescale website (L2.6.31_10.05.02_SDK_images_MX23.tar.gz) on iMX233evk board. The EVK quick start guide (evk2010_05_imx23_Linux_QuickStart.pdf) in chapter 4 specifies " For details on how to flash the demo image to the EVK’s NAND flash please refer to the
imx23EVK Linux DemoImage ReadMe document" but I am not able find it either in L2.6.31_10.05.02_ER_docs.tar.gz  or in L2.6.31_10.05.02_SDK_images_MX23.tar.gz. Please let me know where can I find it.

Thank you. The information was helpful. Now I am able to boot the demo from NAND
