How to enable rmvb hardware decode and how to charge fees?

   My platform is imx6q ,os is android4.2.2 and kernel 3.0.35. I want decode rmvb by hardware,But I don't know the cost of license issues and whether it supports it?

 The i.MX6 (VPU) does not support RMVB in hardware. Sorry.

      The 518 page of document  i.MX_6Quad_6Dual_Reference_Manual_(Rev_D).pdf  said vpu support Real Video 8, 9, 10 .

Could you give me some explanation？

And I want to know the hardware decode for RMVB how to charge, can you kindly tell me?
