How to disable AR8031 advertise 1000BASE-T capable?

Hi Supporter,

Platform: MX6Q

Kernel version: 3.0.35

We want to advertise AR8031 only supports 100M and 10M when connected to 1000M switcher.

So can I disable AR8031 1000BASE-T capable by configure register?

How to do if we can?
