How to determine nand flash size based on datasheet?

Hi Guys,

             i was just curious to know the nand flash size a processor support such imx6solo. how can i find out based on it's datasheet?

seems there is no simple way to determine this, basically

one will look at nand datasheet page size and ecc level, max. for i.MX6Q:

(Chapter8 FCB) PageDataSize=8K, BCH 40bits ecc correction
