How to control the power switch in imx6q

Hi, 

I'm using imx6q sabresd board.

My question is how to control the power switch for Android based on normal press and long press...

What exactly have to do? Which pin have to make enable according to power button press.

I'm not understood that how that actually works for normal press and long press..

Please help me..

Now i came to know the switch.

My requirement is handle the power switch. That power switch should work like as our android mobile power switch. I mean if a press 5 sec then only it should begin the boot and boot should happen and vise versa during power off. In which file i have to see the switch bounce and how can i handle the switch for long press to boot the  processor. how does processor detects the long press and how it works accordingly.
