It should be not accessible in A9 core.

for configuration one can use Table 52-2. RDC Peripheral Mapping 

i.MX 6SoloX Applications Processor Reference Manual

and sdk sources in ..platform/drivers/src/rdc.c

Windows Installer: i.MX 6SoloX FreeRTOS BSP 1.0.0 for Cortex-M4
