How to check PTM trace from the ETB without JTAG or Adaptor?

Hello People.

I am using I.MX6 solox Board.

Im trying to stack up my 'PTM trace' to the 'ETB' which is inside of the imx6sx board by setting the internal Register.

I don wanna use JTAG or other external adaptor or sth, Just wanna use the ETB in the imx6 solox board to pile up all of my PTM traces. 

Are there any specific settings for that?
