How to change imx8 registers

Hi,

I want to know JTAG_MOD in which mode is by default (Test mode to Debug mode) and how it can be changed.
Is it possible to get to the lowest level of the iMX8M mini board with the Dstream debugger or is there any restriction?

JTAG_MOD by default is low according to Table 64. i.MX 8M Mini 14 x 14 mm functional contact assignments
