How to calculate values for HDMI TX clock control setting?

Hello,

I am testing with non-standard LCD pannel and imx8mq-EVK

So, I would like to know how to calculate a value of each parameter. My LCD is not standard. So I should find the values for HDMI TX clock control setting and then add my entry to the table (imx8mq_ctrl_table[], drm/imx/cdn-mhdp-hdmi-phy.c)

I found a post related to this issue. An answer mentioned "HDMI - pixel clock calculation" tool.
But, I cannot find the tools anywhere.

Where can I find "HDMI - pixel clock calculation" tool?
Please give me advice.
