We need to using MFGTOOL V2 (android_m6.0.1_1.0.0_ga_tool) to burn our iMX6 platform images to MMC disk

1.

Does NXP have detail document to describe how to build and setup uboot / kernel images

2.

How to generate fsl-image-mfgtool-initramfs-imx_mfgtools.cpio.gz.u-boot that RAMdisk need to load
